Our factory

The factory behind the cabinets

640,000 sq ft of production across our Malaysia and Thailand plants, a U.S. office in Ontario, California, and 130+ containers shipped every month.

Dawson Stone and Cabinet manufactures cabinetry and quartz countertops at two production bases — Malaysia and Thailand — for apartment, student housing, hospitality and senior living projects in the United States. We are the factory — not a trading desk between you and production — and we have been shipping to U.S. jobsites long enough to know where project-scale cabinetry actually fails: schedule drift, colour drift between phases, and packaging that does not survive an ocean crossing.

Where we manufacture

Production runs at our two manufacturing bases — Malaysia and Nong Yai, Nong Yai District, Chon Buri 20190, Thailand. Cabinets are cut, edge-banded, drilled and assembled to order, then packed for export. Countertops are produced to match the same project programme so cabinets and tops arrive together rather than in two uncoordinated shipments.

Our U.S. office is at 3450 E Sweetbay Way, Ontario, CA 91761-392, USA. That is where project schedules, drawings and punch lists are handled in your time zone — you are not waiting on a twelve-hour time difference for an answer about a delivery.

What we build

Construction and hardware

The details that decide whether a cabinet programme survives ten years of turnover:

Materials and compliance

Panel materials are specified to E1 / E0 and CARB-2 low-emission standards for the U.S. market, and hardware is commercial grade. We are a manufacturer, so we are the ones who can actually produce the paperwork: if your GC, owner or customs broker needs material certificates or test reports, ask us and we will send the documentation for the specification we are producing against. We would rather answer that request with the real document than leave a badge on a website.

How we run a project

Ask for the evidence. We can send the assembly video from our line, cabinet specification sheets, finish and colour collections, and photographs of the exact units we built for named projects. Request them through the contact page.

Who you will talk to

Mark Liu runs the export side of the business and has quoted and shipped these programmes for years.

“Most of the problems I see on a multifamily cabinet job are decided in the first meeting, not on the production line. If the door style is not locked before phase two, phase two will not match phase one. So we push to fix the specification early and then protect it.”
— Mark Liu, Dawson Stone and Cabinet

Where to start

If you are still comparing construction types, read RTA vs assembled cabinets or quartz vs granite for multifamily kitchens. If you know what you need, send us the unit counts and we will quote it.

Send us your project

Floor plans, unit counts, door style and delivery port is enough to start. We reply with a project quotation and a production schedule.
