How our quotations, lead times, deliveries and claims are handled.
These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which we quote and supply cabinetry and countertops. Last updated 18 September 2026.
The photographs, specifications and descriptions on this site are provided to help you evaluate our products. Cabinetry and countertops are manufactured to order, so images are representative of the specification described rather than a guarantee of the exact appearance of a particular production run. Finishes and colours should be confirmed against a physical sample before an order is placed.
Production starts only after shop drawings are approved by you. You are responsible for confirming that the approved drawings match the unit layouts and any accessibility or code requirements that apply to your project. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time.
Lead times are quoted from the date of approved drawings and receipt of deposit, and are estimates rather than fixed dates unless we state otherwise in writing. Delivery terms and the point at which risk transfers to you are set out on the quotation.
Please inspect each delivery on arrival and report any shortage or transit damage promptly, with photographs, so we can resolve it. Claims raised long after installation cannot be verified.
Drawings, specifications and photographs we provide are for the purpose of evaluating and executing your project. Please do not republish them as your own.
Where a signed supply agreement exists between us, that agreement takes precedence over these website terms. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and project-specific compliance obligations remain with the project owner and their design team.
