Accessible layouts, durable finishes and a delivery sequence that does not disrupt residents.
Senior living sits between residential and healthcare. The cabinetry has to work for residents whose reach, grip and mobility change over time, has to survive daily housekeeping rather than occasional cleaning, and has to be installed in buildings that are already full of people.
We build to the drawings you approve. Reach ranges, clearance, counter heights and any code-driven requirements are set by your architect and by the local authority having jurisdiction — and they vary by state and by licence type. What we add is the ability to hold those dimensions consistently across every unit, because an accessible unit that meets the drawing in 101 and misses it in 118 is a compliance problem, not a cosmetic one.
Practically, that means the drawings are checked unit by unit before production rather than reviewed once as a package.
| Hardware | Soft-close hinges and full-extension runners — reduced grip strength, no slam |
| Finish durability | Thermofoil and melamine finishes that tolerate frequent cleaning |
| Moisture | Moisture-resistant panel options for bath and kitchenette runs |
| Countertops | Engineered quartz — non-porous, so it tolerates regular disinfecting |
| Consistency | One programme record across all unit types and phases |
Senior living renovation work is disruptive in a way that apartment work is not. Deliveries are usually small, sequenced to unit blocks, and timed around resident routines rather than site convenience. Room-by-room labelling is essential when the delivery point is a corridor.
