Talk to the factory

Tell us what the project needs and we will come back with a quotation and a production schedule. The more of this you can send in the first message, the faster that happens:

• Unit count and building type (multifamily, student housing, hospitality, senior living)
• Floor plans or a unit layout, if you have them
• Door style and finish direction, or a reference photo
• Cabinet construction preference — framed or frameless, and RTA or assembled
• Countertop scope, if it is part of the package
• Delivery port or jobsite city, and your target install dates

What happens after you send it

1. We confirm the specification and tell you honestly if something in it is a bad idea for a rental building.
2. You get a project quotation with lead time and delivery terms.
3. Shop drawings are issued for approval before production starts.
4. Door style, finish and hardware are locked for the whole building.
5. Production, unit-by-unit labelling, packing and container loading — with photographs before the doors close.
