The turn is a different problem from the build

A new-build package is designed once and repeated. A turn programme is a maintenance operation: a small number of items per unit, replaced continuously, across a building whose specification may be five or ten years old. The constraints are completely different, and they are all about matching.

Matching an existing programme

The hardest part of turn work is making a replaced door or drawer front disappear into an existing kitchen. That depends on three things being recoverable: the door style and finish, the cabinet model codes, and the panel and edge-banding specification.

If your building was produced by us, we hold the programme record and can cut replacements that match it.

Rolling delivery instead of containers

Turn work is consumed continuously, which shapes how it should be shipped and stored. Rather than one container arriving at once, turn programmes are usually released in smaller, sequenced deliveries that keep a maintenance store replenished without tying up capital or floor space.

When to replace the run instead of the front

If the boxes themselves are sound and only the fronts are worn, replacing fronts is a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. If the runners are failing or the boxes have taken water, replacing fronts alone buys you one or two more turns before the same unit comes back. We will tell you which one you are looking at rather than selling the larger scope.
