Hospitality cabinetry and countertops

Casegoods and vanities built to brand standards, delivered against phased renovations in occupied buildings.

Guest room casegoods, vanities and countertops built to a brand standard, delivered against renovation phases in occupied buildings.

What is different about hospitality

A hotel project is judged against two things simultaneously: a brand standard that specifies exactly what the casework must be, and a renovation schedule that has to keep rooms selling. That combination puts pressure on two places most residential work never has to think about — tolerance and sequencing.

Brand standards and tolerance

Hospitality casework is specified tightly because it is inspected: door reveals, edge alignment, finish gloss and hardware operation all sit inside a standard that a brand inspector will physically check. It is also handled by thousands of guests a year, so a drawer runner that fails on a rental duty cycle fails in a hotel in months.

Phased renovation in an occupied building

Most hospitality cabinet work is a renovation, not a new build. Rooms are taken out of service in blocks, which means deliveries must be split into small, precisely sequenced releases rather than one container. Every box has to be labelled to a room number, because the crew is installing in a corridor, not a warehouse.

Refurbishment matching

Where a programme is being refreshed rather than fully replaced, matching the existing finish is the whole job. Send us a door or a panel and we will tell you honestly whether it can be matched or whether the run should be replaced — an honest answer here costs far less than a mismatched floor.
