Production records ยท Trial assembly

Every programme we take is trial-assembled and photographed before volume production. This is what that record looks like.

What a trial assembly is

We build a complete unit from production components — the same panels, the same edge banding, the same hardware that volume production will use — and photograph it model by model alongside overall effect renders. Nothing about it is a showroom mock-up: if something does not fit, this is where it is found.

What the record contains

Records we hold include a 29-page white frameless programme assembly (184 photographs) and a full model showcase set for a white and blue shaker programme.

Why this discipline is worth the calendar time

A trial assembly costs a few days. Shipping a cabinet programme that was never physically built costs a container, a missed install date, and the credibility you need for the next phase. On projects where the same unit repeats hundreds of times, one corrected detail pays for the entire exercise.

How it fits the order process

  1. Specification agreed: construction, door style, finish, hardware.
  2. Trial assembly built and photographed.
  3. Approval issued against the physical unit, not a drawing.
  4. Volume production, unit-by-unit labelling, packing and container loading.
  5. Phase deliveries scheduled against your construction sequence.
